About the Facilitator: Charlene Dishaw is a skilled instructor and facilitator who can help your organization flourish! She has a keen interest in the creation of best workplaces for volunteers and employees.

Charlene has a bachelor’s degree from Simon Fraser University and a Masters of Arts in Leadership from Royal Roads University. She is certified in Myers Briggs Personality Assessments and in Volunteer Administration.

Charlene Dishaw has over 25 years working with not-for-profit organizations. She is an expert in volunteer management, leadership and organizational development. Winner of the 2016 Impact Award for Exemplary Leadership of Volunteer programs by the Administrators of Volunteer Resources of BC!
